With over 25 years experience ESA Spread Development specialises in plastering including skimming and bounding to large areas and detail work, K rendering, monocouche rendering, sand and cement, damp proofing and resin bound installer.
ESA SPREAD DEVELOPMENT Ltd is a UK installer of external resin bound gravel system, Monocouche rendering systems Weber and K Render, sand and cement, all plastering works including bonding, making good, skimming, detailed sections, lime and plaster and horse hair plaster. We can resolve damping issiues with our damp proofing services. We are based in Hertfordshire and cover Bedfordshire, North London and Essex.

We can help with groundworks too! The resin must have a suitable base.
We advise for the subbase to be either AC10 Asphalt or brushed concrete and type 1 underneath. If you don't have this already, we will be able to carry out these works for you.

Hertingfordbury Project
A huge project of over 600m² the sub base was a type 3 MOT and then brushed concrete slabs, the team then finished with the resin bound using expansion beads where required, the client chose a very traditional but elegant blenheim aggregate.
Silsoe, Bedfordshire Project
A patio area was created! The area was prepared using type 1 then an Asphalt subbase. Before being finished with a resin bound foot traffic system, the aggregate used was pearl quartz .The client was very pleased with how it looked and so are we!
Widford Road Project
Three newbuild 6 bedroom houses were Monochouhe rendered in Weberpral M white. All houses were skimmed throughout by the team.
Ware Bakery

The old bakery now a lovely home, had broken cracked render, Eddie and the team took great care removing old and damaged render.Then using a mesh system to help support with movement, sand and cement was applied to the exterior of the building.
The client also had the interior skimmed. The driveway was updated with a resin bound driveway.
